The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of unequal treatment based on skin colour and to explore the experiences of people with different skin tones living in Estonia. The findings will be used to develop recommendations to prevent discrimination and promote equal opportunities.
As part of the study, individuals with diverse skin colours who have lived in Estonia for at least three months are invited to participate in an anonymous online survey. If they wish, they can also share their experiences through a confidential interview. All responses will be presented in an aggregated form, ensuring that examples and information cannot identify individual participants.
